The Role As a Cable Assembly Technician, you'll be hands‑on in building intricate wiring systems that support cutting‑edge technologies. This role demands precision, problem‑solving, and craftsmanship-perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute to industries shaping the future. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Plan, lay out, and perform intricate wiring on cables, connectors, electrical penetrators, junction boxes, and related equipment. Read and interpret schematic wiring diagrams, process sheets, and blueprints. Use electrical instruments to make polarity determinations. Assemble components accurately from detailed written or verbal instructions. Communicate effectively by listening, clarifying, documenting, and writing clearly. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of cable assembly experience. Ability to apply common sense and follow instructions. Strong skills in reading technical documents and applying basic math. Physical Demands Good hand coordination and flexibility. Ability to move and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. or more. Good vision, including passing a color blindness test. Hours | Pay Range Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM $23.50 - $26.50/hour commensurate with experience
