Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Assemble Sycool units and non-foam panel door and jamb assemblies in accordance with defined assembly processes.
· Final assembly of foam panel doors (i.e. install door handles and hinges).
· Perform material handling procedures in a safe and effective manner.
· Inventory control as it relates to the position (responsible for ensuring Kanban levels are maintained).
· Adhere to Munters Quality System, maintain & submit Quality Assurance In-Process Check Sheets.
· Observe and enforce all safety rules.
Other Duties:
· Perform or assist with any operations throughout the factory, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
· Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition. Consistently operate in keeping with all safety rules and requirements.
· Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to assist with training new employees, integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Tools and Equipment:
· Use hand and hand power tools, assembly fixtures, crane devices such as vacuum lifters, cranes and forklifts.
· Assembling sheet metal parts and components using various hand and power tools
· Installing electrical, gas, and air conditioning equipment
· Testing of equipment
· Loading of finished product on trucks
· Assisting in on-the-job training of newer employees
· Completing quality assurance inspection and in-process paperwork
Education:
· Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
Skill Requirements:
· Mechanical and electrical blueprint reading, use of measuring devices, excellent mechanical aptitude, use of hand and power tools.

The Assembler is responsible for a variety of duties related to assembling, piecing together, fitting, fastening and installing different parts of manufactured products, performing minor repairs as necessary and other manual labor required in assembling a product.
1. Ability to read and comprehend shop drawings.
2. Following verbal instructions and reading instructions such as work orders, diagrams, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
3. Providing on-the-job training to new employees.
4. Understanding and following Company procedures for ordering, storing, receiving, and returning materials and tools.
5. Ensuring work is completed as per schedule and quality goals are achieved.
Responsibilities

Abilities
1. Lifts at least 100 pounds at one time and 60 pounds for an extended period of time.
2. Relocates a 12 foot stepladder without assistance.
3. Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders.
4. Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.
5. Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English.
6. May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools.
7. Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
8. Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
9. Combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (including finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).
10. See details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
11. Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
Qualifications
Requirements
1. High School Diploma/GED is required
2. At least one (1) year of experience in a job shop environment and minimum of one (1) years of electrical experience is required.
