POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for all required assemblies and installations on coaches while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Perform high-quality and consistent installations and assemblies within your assigned job classification and designated work area.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Knowledge of line installations, bench components, and assembly processes related to the assigned job classification.
Ability to perform all installations and assemblies required within the designated job classification and work area.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and written instructions, and build components or assemblies according to those specifications.
Proficient with hand tools, air tools, and various other equipment required to complete assigned tasks.
Ability to use measuring tools to complete precise and accurate work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (75 lbs. with assistance), perform repetitive movements (bending, kneeling, crouching), and work on elevated surfaces or confined spaces.
Must be able to stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods (up to 10+ hours).
Maintain regular work schedule and work overtime as needed to support production schedules.

Maintain the operation of the coal mills which include maintaining proper oil levels, water circulation through coal mills, grease appropriate areas when needed and keeping coal area clean
Maintain the operation of cooler drives and keep area around the coolers clean
Keep tail pulley and catwalk cleaned on stockpile belts
Remove clinkers from cooler pits and stack in designated areas
Keep all above areas clean
Grease equipment in all areas of production
Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required and lift weights up to 60 pounds.
