Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Production Worker. The core hours are 6:00am to 2:30 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $19.05 per hour. Basic Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalency. * 1 year manufacturing experience. * Intermediate understanding of blueprint and process sheet interpretation. • Ability and willingness to use basic hand tools (crimpers, soldering iron, wire strippers, brazing equipment, etc.) and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.) * Ability and willingness to operate high temperature ovens and furnaces. * Ability and willingness to pass Visual Acuity Exam as necessary. * Ability and willingness to obtain Solder, Braze, and Electro-Static discharge certification as required Essential Functions & Responsibilities: * Assemble parts according to process sheet/print instructions. * Perform electrical, mechanical, magnetic testing as required (i.e. - dielectric, meggar, hipot, etc.) * Perform in-process hi-pot testing; Perform basic set up of fixtures. * Perform vapor blasting as required; Perform inventory counts and verification.
