Job Title: Micro Assembler
Position Overview:
Micro assembly using manual die attach with conductive epoxy, wedge wire bonding and parallel gap welding techniques necessary in manufacturing high frequency RF products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare components for standard micro assembly.
* Perform rework and repair operations on electronic parts to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
* Follow established Quality Assurance Standards to inspect in process electrical, RF microwave or mechanical components/assemblies by microscope.
* Read and interpret assembly drawings.
* Train, explain procedures and techniques to other assemblers.
* Confer with supervisors, test technicians, engineers and quality to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems.

This role will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products on an assembly line or independently in a manufacturing facility. We are looking for a full-time Bakery Worker who has experience and passion in the culinary arts. The job will include production preparation for a variety of sweet and savory items. 1 day per week is devoted to baking large batches of CheeseCake, other items we create include a variety of savory items like; chicken pot pies, soups, chili, and quiche all sold exclusively in our storefront market.
The perfect candidate for this job, should enjoy the fast pace and adapt to our schedule as we switch from preparing and packaging desserts to savory dishes. This person needs to pay attention to detail and be aware of what is happening around them. Be interested in more than simply completing one task at a time but hungry to understand what we are doing and why. This person will learn how to use our equipment, break it down, clean, sanitize and reassemble it. Preference given to individuals who have Serve-Safe certification. Individuals will need to be able to multitask.
Examples of required duties will include:
*Dusting the cheesecake pans with graham cracker crumbs.
*Implementing precautions to prevent cross contamination.
*Filling cheesecake pans with batter
*Unmolding cakes and filling out production reports.
*Packaging a variety of desserts and savory items
*Help with the dishes and floors at the end of a day.

A typical week includes, baking approximately 1000 cheesecakes, packaging and labeling sweet or savory creations, weighing ingredients and preparing large batches of pie dough for apple pie or savory pot pies, filling pies and hand crimping pie crusts. As we get into the fall and leading up to the holidays, we get busier and demand for our desserts and savory items will increase.
Thanksgiving is an especially busy time for us, in addition to producing our sweet and savory products we will be building inventory to meet the increased demands for our CheeseCake and savory meals.
We also prepare a complete take home Thanksgiving dinner which includes a hot turkey. We do work on Thanksgiving Day until 2 PM. Each employee gets one of these dinners to take home and share with their family.
