As an Intermediate Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in daily tasks. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent. Work Environment and Physical Requirements The position is based in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to stand for approximately 80% of their shift, walk approximately 20% of their shift, and carry 60-80 lbs. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to push/pull up to 1000 lbs. on a pallet jack or cart as required. Closing Date: February 28th, 2026. While we anticipate keeping this position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed earlier depending on applicant volume and hiring needs. Base Compensation: The expected base compensation range is $20 - $24/hour + $2.25/hour shift differential. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses and benefits.
