Essential Job Functions: Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting for machinery. Diagnose and repair pneumatic systems. Execute machine repairs and preventive maintenance. Work with control systems and ensure proper functionality. Service motors and gearboxes. Read and interpret electrical diagrams. Rigging equipment for moves. Dependability and reliability with respect to attendance and policy. Job Requirements: Experience in the printing industry is preferred but not required. Over 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting for industrial machinery. Open to training and skill development. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 100 lbs. Capable of maneuvering inside or around machines to perform repairs. Ability to bend, crouch, and work in confined spaces for extended periods. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Operate heavy machinery (i.e. fork trucks, lifts, snow removal and lawn care equipment). Ability to tolerate being exposed to loud noises and moving machinery (PPE provided).
