We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Balancer to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating and maintaining a 5-axis balancing machine to ensure precision in cylindrical brush production. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the production of industrial brushes for a wide range of applications, from janitorial tools to street sweepers. Training will be provided during the first shift for 1-2 weeks before transitioning to an assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a 5-axis Borghi balancing machine to balance cylindrical brushes.
Lift and handle finished products weighing between 50-70 pounds consistently.
Ensure proper machine operation by programming and activating the equipment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and quality standards.
Shift Options
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Thursday)
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
Some overtime may be required.
Requirements
Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred.
Strong motor skills and physical ability to stand for most of the shift.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial machinery.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality production.
Must adhere to dress code: jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes.

Additional Details
This is a contract-to-hire position with a competitive pay rate starting at $17/hour during training and increasing to $18.25/hour for third-shift assignments.
