We have a new Executive Vice President (EVP) at The Aerospace Corporation, and we are seeking a highly driven Executive Administrative Partner to provide strategic support during this exciting time. The Executive Administrative Partner will be an integral member of the front office team, providing primary support to the EVP, along with other members of the front office team, as well as backup support for the CEO, in close collaboration with the Executive Administrative Partner to the CEO. Primary responsibilities involve optimizing the time and priorities of the EVP to maximize the overall efficiency and productivity of the corporation, as well as identifying and executing plans to align with company goals. The ideal candidate will provide administrative leadership in a highly collaborative teaming environment, take initiative to identify and solve problems independently, and facilitate key business-related decisions. Success in this role involves continuously improving front office processes and procedures while working closely with executives, colleagues, and customers across the enterprise to effect smooth operations and meaningful operational impact. This position is full-time onsite, located at our Chantilly, Virginia campus. Job Summary We are seeking a Linux system engineer with strong enterprise Linux expertise to support enterprise Linux systems in classified environments. The ideal candidate is familiar with the design, implementation and best practices for managing enterprise Linux systems in a classified environment. The candidate is familiar with system security hardening and can design and implement system management methods to ensure the successful reaccreditation and continued sustainment of classified networks and systems. You'll be working with other corporate IT teams as well as Aerospace engineers to develop and maintain scientific and engineering workloads on-premise and in the cloud in support of mission success of critical national space assets. The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility in Chantilly, VA.
