The Mortgage Servicing Associate II responds to member mortgage and home equity loan inquiries and handles mortgage and home equity loan transactions post-close. The Associate II has developed one or more areas of specialty within mortgage servicing.

Job Duties:
Respond to member email inquiries with professionally written email responses and handle member inquiries by phone and through the online ticketing system, documenting member interactions in appropriate system(s)
Respond and resolve more complex member inquiries in area(s) of specialty
Monitor and execute on requests submitted by our internal partners via the Customer Relationship Management system
Oversee and manage Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) maintenance
Process mortgage and HELOC payments and payoffs
Maintain monthly impound accounts
Oversee and manage insurance loss process with some discretion on disbursement of funds
Loan disbursement and onboarding
Assist with real estate audits as required
Identify gaps in current processes and procedures and report to leadership
Participate in training and onboarding of Associates
Ensure compliance with all federal and local rules, laws and regulations and credit union processes and procedures
Essential Skills:
Minimum of 2 years' relative experience in financial and lending industry (i.e. mortgage lending, consumer lending, banking, collections, loan origination or servicing), mortgage experience preferred
Ability to work autonomously, to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent listening skills with ability to ask probing questions to determine member needs and overcome objections
Ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) with all levels within organization
Working knowledge of basic mortgage loan functionality with regard to payments, rate changes, billing, and payoffs
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Certification/License: Obtain and maintain Notary License upon request

SUMMARY
The Teller II will be responsible for daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations of the branch. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides customer account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, recording night and mail deposits, and selling cashier's checks, traveler's checks and savings bonds.
Answers customer's questions in person and/or on the telephone.

+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Linguistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 2+ years of experience in resource management, scheduling, or client services (language services preferred).

**The opportunity**
The Strategic Procurement Advisor (SPA) creates and drives strategic relationships with client procurement teams, specifically the CPO, to positively position EY for competitive and sole source revenue generating opportunities and other account expansion activities. **Your key responsibilities**

Our food service department is a 24/7 operation. Candidates must be able to work all shifts and all days.
Responsibilities
Knowledge of safe food handling, preparation, and storage techniques.
Replenishes food and beverages in the cafeteria or catered event as necessary.
Records over and under on the production sheet as well as recording refrigerator and freezer temperatures.
Demonstrates ability to set up work station, properly prepare necessary items.
Operates cash register, receives money and reconciles cash drawer.
Follows established policies regarding charging of special and free meals as well as weighted food items. Ensures all items taken from Café are paid for.
Offers assistance to visitors and staff in a friendly and courteous manner.
Completes broken equipment work orders.
Participates in process improvement activities.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Prior food service experience.
Experience working on a computer preferred.
Skills:
Requires ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Ability to do simple mathematical calculations.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in cooperation with other team members in a fast-paced environment.
Able to relate to others with courtesy and tact under normal as well as stressful conditions.
Licensure
Current Food Handler's Certificate/Card, valid in the state of Oregon.
