Position Summary Entry-level position that provides accurate and timely analysis of gas compression parts, consumables, and outsourced services purchased for the company. He/she should conduct regular, periodic inventory counts and assist with inventory management in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for the company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Follows and enforces Supply Chain Policies and Procedures for control and tracking of inventory movement. Conduct periodic inventory counts (including the physical count, research and correction of all variances in CMMS) Manage, and report on, all transactions in CMMS (preventive maintenances, work orders, purchase orders, assets, stock rooms, inventory, etc.) Aids in the physical setup of new parts, stockrooms, or movement of existing inventory. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting mobile homes and operating pump and vacuum trucks as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Safely drive and operate commercial vehicles, including those used for moving mobile homes and pump/vacuum truck services. - Ensure the secure loading, transportation, and unloading of mobile homes and other equipment. - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. - Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies. - Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service or repair status. - Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professional conduct at all times. - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate tasks and report any issues. Writes accurate job tickets, daily logs, pre- and post-job reports, JSA's and other documentation as required. Has a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ensures that JSA's are a regular part of each job. Ensures that communication with the work force is open and two-way using pre-job planning, post job review and monthly safety meetings.
