Essential Functions and Key Tasks:
Responsible for running the point-of-sale system and assist customers as needed.
Set up and restock product, displays, coolers and workstations as needed.
Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks or carts.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Make sure that the bar is clean before opening.
Greet all guests with an appropriate and warm greeting.

Monitor chemicals for glasswasher.

Ensure there is always enough backup liquor behind the bar.

Help the bartender with anything that he/she needs.
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or as directed by supervisor.
Filling in for absent staff as needed.
