Ensures bar equipment is clean & well maintained. * Ability to prepare and serve food items as needed using proper sanitary techniques (Food Handler's Card required or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire). * Other duties as assigned such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment as required and assisting with organization of the cooler.
