Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. A bartender should have incredible customer service skills, remain personable, and maintain a high energy level while working in a fast-paced environment. They must be well-prepared to handle tough situations and be highly knowledgeable of all classes of alcohol. They must be attentive to guests, have an outgoing personality, and work efficiently.
