Qualifications
Must be able to communicate in English, Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Bartender is to interacting with customers by taking their orders, making recommendations, providing them with accurate bills.
To maintain stock of liquor and bar supplies, and to collect money and account for all drinks served. Be able to take food orders and serve in appropriate fashion.
Polished communication skills, a pleasant disposition and be able to work as a contributing member of the team.

Ensures the proper and adequate set-up of bars.
Bid guests farewell by using guest's name when known, and inviting them to come back.

Stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet.
Maintains stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.
Mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
Checks guests for proper identification, manages method of payment, and serves alcohol according to State, Federal and corporate liquor regulations.
Takes orders from serving staff or directly from customers and records orders accurately into register system.
Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
Inform guests about the hotel's facilities, policies and procedures.
Station set-up and breakdown as well as all side-work and cleaning duties
Close checks for servers and balance tip sheet.
Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times and to observe the Company's standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.
