Job Duties: Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Server and Managers. Expedite food from kitchen to guests tables in a timely and orderly fashion. Refill drinks to guests during the course of meal service. Remove plates from table upon meal completion. Clean, set and re-set tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties. Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
