About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community

Role
Geoship is seeking a Product Design Engineer to advance and finalize the design of our first Amma dome system. This role is for a first-principles problem solver and a multidisciplinary engineer who thrives in ambiguity and rapid iteration. You will integrate structural, mechanical, materials, and relevant building and safety standards into elegant, manufacturable solutions that bring a new form of sustainable housing into reality.
You will work closely with studio designers, materials scientists, manufacturing engineers, and operations teams to develop bioceramic molded parts, connection systems, structural components, interior systems, and other assemblies that seamlessly integrate into the finished dome. Your work will span concept development, detailed design, prototyping, design-for-manufacturing, analysis, testing, documentation, supplier engagement,

Position Summary
The Traffic Control Supervisor II is responsible for overseeing and executing traffic control and safety operations for assigned projects. Essential Functions
Operate company vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
Lead daily traffic control crews, including Traffic Control Technicians and Flaggers, with demonstrated leadership and advanced knowledge of traffic control.
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies.
Deliver daily toolbox talks and job-specific safety training to crew members.
Mentor and train new hires in proper traffic control and safety procedures.
Ensure all timesheets, work tickets, and job documentation are completed accurately and submitted daily.
Operate MOT (Management of Traffic) and TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator) vehicles on job sites to protect workers and work zones.
Set up, monitor, and remove temporary construction signs, arrow boards, variable message boards, traffic cones, and other traffic safety devices.
Inspect work zones throughout the shift to ensure proper placement of traffic control devices and overall site safety.
Install, remove, and reset delineators, signs, posts, and supports as needed.
Perform shop duties including general maintenance and repair of traffic control equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory of traffic control devices and related materials.
Travel to various job sites as required, including occasional overnight stays.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned to support operational goals.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
Minimum of 3-4 years (6,000+ hours) of traffic control experience.
ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.
Must successfully complete the ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor advanced training course.
Proven experience setting up traffic control operations on state and local roadways.

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.

Qualifications:

Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree, or two or more years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of specialized experience AND successfully completed graduate-level education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

You will then attend a 101-day training program - CBP Field Operations Academy - conducted at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA. This training consists of basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc. Candidates assigned to the southern border, Miami, or Puerto Rico duty locations must attend and pass an online Spanish training program, which will be completed at their home port. Successful completion of the Academy is required for this position.

**Position Summary**
The Automotive Technician plays a pivotal role within our automotive service team. As a vital member, you learn and develop foundational skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, this role involves hands-on learning to address various automotive systems and services. Automotive Technicians participate in routine inspections, contribute to vehicle assessments, and assist in repair procedures. Additionally, Automotive Technicians may interact with customers to explain repair procedures, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service. Pay Range: $19.55 - $29.33
Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay. This system rewards our skilled professionals with a predetermined amount for each eligible task, fostering a culture of efficiency and swift task accomplishment, ensuring you're fairly rewarded for your expertise and dedication. These rates reflect average productivity by region.
**Responsibilities**
+ Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
+ Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
+ Install batteries and check electrical systems.
+ Perform tire maintenance.
+ Install parts.
+ Road test vehicles.
+ Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least one of A1 - A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
+ Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
+ Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including:
+ Oil changes
+ Basic inspections
+ Repairing tires
+ Reading, writing, and math skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 2 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment.
+ A.S.E certification or equivalent external qualifications or training certifications.
