Positive Behavior Support Implement proactive strategies to promote desirable behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. Assist in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and applying Positive Behavior Support (PBS) techniques. 5. Service Provision Service Delivery:Provide the specified amount of services as detailed in each student's Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). 6. Documentation and Billing Completion of Daily Clinical Notes:Maintain thorough documentation and complete daily clinical notes to ensure accurate records and facilitate billing for services. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred. At least 1 year experience working with children with developmental and behavioral challenges, preferably in an educational or clinical setting. Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Ability to collect and document data accurately and efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Experience with data collection tools and software. The BHT carries out specific behavioral management interventions identified in the treatment plan for the children or adolescent(s) assigned to their care.
