Job Description Site: Cordova, TN The Behavior Analyst (BA) will direct all services for a Specialized Supported Housing program for 6 persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities with co-occurring behavioral health conditions. In this role, the BA will complete functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans for each person living in the home and guiding of the 24/7 staff to implement the BSP and any other person-centered plans with the goal of supporting each person to transition successfully to home and life of their choosing in the community. The BA will work collaboratively with the IDD Services Director, program director and other Senior Leaders to ensure successful achievement of program and company goals. Specific Responsibilities: Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments for each member Based on the assessment data, behavioral observations, and collateral information, develop a person-centered Behavior Support Plan for each member Train staff to competency on implementation and documentation of the BSP and any other treatment/transition plans Lead the staff in periodic reviews of treatment and transition-planning progress with each member, in accordance with policy and procedures In collaboration with Senior Leadership, the IDD Services Director, and program director, develop programming to support people in gaining the skills (e.g., social, leisure, pre- employment, problem-solving) to transition to less restrictive levels of care upon transition Provide guidance in helping staff to gain RBT certification as well as ongoing supervision for those maintaining the RBT certification. Our client is seeking a dedicated Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team. The BCBA will be responsible for assessments, program development/ implementation, supervision of the Registered Behavioral Technicians and parent training.
