JOB GOAL The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works with students individually and in small groups and is responsible for behavior-analytic interventions to reduce problem behavior, remediation of skill deficits, and daily paperwork and behavioral date recording. Implement differential reinforcement procedures. Implement discrete trial teaching procedures. Naturalistic teaching procedures (e.g., incidental teaching). Create and provide instruction using task analysis and chaining procedures. Implement discrimination training and stimulus control transfer procedures. Implement stimulus fading and prompt fading procedures. Generate objective session notes by describing what occurred during sessions. Report other variables that might affect the clients behavior (e.g., illness, relocation, medication). Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain or improve performance accordingly. Our Intensive Behavioral Health Services program is searching for a part-time variable Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team. While under the direction of the supervisor and/or master clinician, you will be responsible for the implementation of treatment plans, collection of daily data, and completion of daily documentation for assigned youth in home, school, and community settings. You will effectively document daily progress and relay information to team members, supervisors, and other staff as required.
