About the Role:
The Behavioral Health Technician plays a critical role in supporting individuals with mental health and emotional challenges by providing direct care and assistance under the supervision of clinical staff. This position focuses on, conducting clinical assessments, and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients in various care settings. The technician will actively participate in crisis intervention and management, helping to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support to patients experiencing emotional distress.
