We are currently seeking Registered BehaviorTechnicians (RBT) to join our team. Bring your talents and enthusiasm to our innovative school for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder! This position is part of an interdisciplinary team in a full day (8:15 am -3:45 pm) school program.
Responsibilities include:
Providing behavior support to the teacher and other classroom team members
Maintaining daily operation of the classroom program
Assisting students with instructional and non-instructional tasks as developed by BCBA
Implementation of and data collection for student behavior plans
Requirements and Qualifications:
Associate degree in Education or related field or 2 years of college in Education/Special education or related field
Possesses Registered BehaviorTechnician Certification
Has training and experience of 1-2 years with children/individuals with Autism
Has completed a minimum of one year of successful experience.e in working directly with children with autism and related developmental delays in a home, school, or clinical setting.
Holds or is able to obtain Ohio aide permit or paraprofessional license.
Is well-versed in principles of applied behavior analysis.
We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus for this position! $150 to be paid after successful completion of the introductory period (90 days), $150 to be paid after 6 months, and $200 to be paid after 1 year!

What You'll Do:
As a BehaviorTechnician, you'll play a meaningful role in implementing behavioral health and educational services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders and/or intellectual disabilities in either a 1:1, 1:2 or small group setting. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Behavioral Health field is a plus.
Work Experience:
One (1) year of experience in inpatient mental health is preferred.
