About the Case:
We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable BehaviorTechnicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA intervention for a sweet young male, 12 years old male to provide care and supervision when the parents are taking a break.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision
Implement ABA principles and strategies to deescalate behaviors as directed by a BCBA
Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA
Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior
Accurately document session notes and incident reports
Keep the client engage and relaxed
Collaborate with clinical team
Requirements:
RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention
Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely
Male candidates are preferred due to the client's specific needs
Must be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodes
Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)

**Job Summary**
The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct patient care and support in a behavioral health setting, assisting in the implementation of treatment plans, monitoring patient behavior, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. **Essential Functions**
+ Provides direct patient care, assisting with daily activities, therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patient behavior, emotional state, and safety needs (every 15 minutes).

**Qualifications**
+ 0-2 years of experience in a behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare setting required

Therapist Job Responsibilities:
Establishes a positive, trusting rapport with clients.
Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Involves and advises family members when appropriate.
Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
Follows all safety protocols.
Maintains client confidentiality.
Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Maintain 30 hours a week.

$54,000- $90,000 per year and up depending on hours worked. 25 minimum billable hours to maintain full time employee status with full benefits.

Therapist Qualifications/Skills:
Fully licensed as a LMFT, LICSW or LPC.
Strong interpersonal skills.
