Equipment and Modalities: Utilize specialized equipment and modalities as needed to enhance the effectiveness of treatments and improve patient outcomes. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on self-management strategies, home exercise programs, and injury prevention techniques to promote independent and sustained recovery. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. This collaboration ensures comprehensive patient care and holistic rehabilitation. Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes. Safety and Ethical Standards: Adhere to infection control protocols, safety procedures, and ethical standards during patient care. Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and outcomes in alignment with hospital and regulatory guidelines. Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation research, evidence-based practices, and emerging treatment modalities. Team Participation: Actively engage in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. Qualifications: Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT): Possession of a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is preferred. Required to have at least a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy and active licensure.
