Duties and Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior support plans, treatment goals, and skill-building interventions as written by the supervising clinician. Provide structured behavioral interventions to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase positive, adaptive skills. Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and structured environment at all times. Use trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, and culturally responsive approaches. Accurately observe and document client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions. Collect and document behavioral data in accordance with program and regulatory standards. Will be included in daily staffing ratio to assist in effective programming for all youth.
