You build GOOD relationships with you TEAM.

Cons of working at Benevis

Oh the CONS - CEO- Clueless. No HELP CIO - Will A. He sits behind the desk IN ATL. He is demeaning, Bully and BELITTLE S employees that work hard and have no control over production. He can really make you MENTALLY overworked. Not a supportive person to work with. East orthodontic director she’s no HELP. Why she’s in the position she’s in is a big ?. Don’t depend on her to give you help or support. Majority of the time she can’t remember half the things you ask her. Smells like a chimney. She favors certain people that’s a dead giveaway. If you’re not her best bud or kiss her feet you’ll get FIRED. She can’t handle her job. I will never recommend this place to any Doctor or person. THEY WILL WORK YOU TO DEATH. They will call you when you’re out for PTO, SICK or in the ER to ask if your coming into the office. DISRESPECTFUL. Think twice before you apply here. It’s not a good place.
