Steve Harvey is a risk management and corporate governance veteran with more than 30 years of business and operational leadership. He has successfully built market-defining, data and analytics businesses, including most recently at Institutional Shareholder Services.

Prior to BitSight, Stephen was President and Cofounder of Saperix (acquired by Firemon), a company spun out of the MIT Lincoln Laboratory focused on vulnerability and network topology risk analysis. At MIT he led R&D programs solving large-scale national cybersecurity problems.

Nagarjuna has held leadership positions in product management and engineering at EXFO, Brix and Lucent. He also co-founded Saperix, which was sold to Firemon in 2011.

Alex is Senior VP and GM of the Third Party Risk Management line of business at BitSight Technologies, the world's leading security ratings platform. As an entrepreneur and business leader, Alex has expertise in growing businesses from start-up to over $250M in annual sales. Alex’s businesses have generated billions of dollars in product sales, and they’ve been successfully acquired 4 times.

Extensive experience in technology industries, including providers of enterprise software, cloud-based services, networking hardware and industrial automation.

Derek is an experienced risk and security professional with 15+ years of experience in information security management. Derek currently leads the Global Cyber Risk Group for Moody’s Investors Service and previously led Moody’s corporate wide Information Risk and Security as its Chief Information Security Officer.
