This position assists with many areas of commercial property maintenance and improvement to include building maintenance, painting and other projects and assignments. Paint walls, equipment, buildings, and other structural surfaces, using brushes, rollers, and spray guns. May remove old paint to prepare surface prior to painting. May mix colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency. Roles and Responsibilities: Prepares and paints various surfaces including, but not limited to drywall, wall covering, and metal, concrete and wood surfaces Perform repairs to walls, doors, toilet partitions and other normal building surfaces Responsible for picking up materials from supplier on house accounts Capable of the following applications of product: brush and roll; spray; staining At times, use of ladders or lifts is required Assist with building maintenance Ensure vacant suites are made ready per company standards Ensure that all safety standards are maintained per company policy Maintain inventory as needed for cost effective operations. Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager/Lead Tech which may include picking up trash, pressure washing, sweeping curb and dumpster areas.
