Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Use safety best practices including wearing appropriate PPE, practicing Behavior Based Safety, and performing LOTO.
Operate, set-up and adjust CNC lathes including multiple spindle CNC lathes.
Suggest improvements for standard or special tooling to suit materials or unusual cutting conditions.
Do Operational sequence planning; install chucks and collets, set bar stock feed mechanism and stops to perform operations such as face, turn, drill, ream, bore, tap, thread and cut off stock up to the capacity of the machine; set tooling offsets, adjust computer control settings, install tool holders; program reading and editing, capable of using PC/machine interface.
Check parts produced for dimensional and finish conformance to specifications. Must be able to correct deviation and notify lead of any significant deviation. Remove and reset tooling or otherwise adjust machine as required. Assure all parts are produced with minimum burrs, if any. Manually clean and deburr parts. Handle specialty parts with care.
Remove machined parts, bar ends and turnings from machine. Separate recyclable turnings.
Operate machines to produce pilot pieces for first piece verification to check set-ups; make adjustments to correct variances.
Maintain statistical process control charting.
Perform work required from drawings, engineering specifications, layouts and other operating instructions. Recommend improvements.
Use all standard, variable and attribute gauging to check work.
Responsible for keeping all tooling used in the area inventoried and organized in the mini-cribs.
Use ERR's to notify engineering and management of items to be reviewed.
Maintain proper oil and coolant levels and perform equipment required Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM).

* Strategic Program Leadership
* Serve as the Program Leader (PL) for assigned pipeline assets, holding accountability for the development and execution of the Integrated Development Plan (IDP), consisting of overall project timeline to regulatory approval

Candidate Requirements:
* Advanced degree preferred (e.g., PhD, PharmD, or MBA); real-world experience in life sciences is required
* The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on pre-clinical or clinical stage programs in either neurology or neuromuscular diseases.
* The ideal candidate will have direct, hands-on experience on drug development in a clinical stage program across either clinical research, biostatistics, or regulatory affairs

Essential Functions
* Draw blood for tests, transfusions, donations, or research. May explain the procedure to patients and assist in the recovery of patients with adverse reactions.
* Dispose of contaminated sharps, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and policies.
* Draw blood from veins by vacuum tube, syringe, or butterfly venipuncture methods.
* Dispose of blood or other biohazard fluids or tissue, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, or policies.
* Draw blood from capillaries by dermal puncture, such as heel or finger stick methods.
* Enter patient, specimen, insurance, or billing information into computer.

* Knowledge of various techniques in collecting specimens.
* Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA Regularities and an ability to maintain absolute discretion over highly sensitive patient information.
* Talking to others to convey information effectively.
* Demonstrates proficiency of proper collection methods and proper processing of all specimens.
* Superior customer service skills, clear communications skills, and ability to show empathy and respect for patients' privacy and autonomy.
* Knowledge and practice of proper aseptic techniques necessary to prevent injury to self and patients.

*Counselor $50k-$52k+ (DOE)
*Licensure Candidate $60-$62k (DOE)
*Licensed Therapist $73k-$74k or more with good experience
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Serving in a Circle of Courage community with 4 core Values of Belonging, Mastery, Independence, and Generosity. The most important one is Belonging; where everyone feels that they are a significant part of their local team (they are listened to).
Reaching out with mental health services children who are at-risk and their families. Your services will be primarily in families homes, and at times in the community and schools.
Connecting with other agencies (customers) who are working with the youth.
Scheduling. Your service will focus on helping the family and child, often during non-traditional hours when your clients are available after school hours and evenings. You have flexibility in setting your schedule.
Documenting. Like all agencies, documenting of case notes and billable hours is required.
Billing. Full-time staff provide 109 client hours per month out of the 173 working hours available in a month (40 hours x 4.3 actual weeks per month). The average client hours are 26-28 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Counselor Level:
High School Diploma with 4000 hours of working with children and families under the direct clinical supervision of a licensed mental health professional or;
Bachelor's degree with 2000 hours of working with children and families under the direct supervision of a licensed mental health professional or;
Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field and completed a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults and children and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields' or;
Master's degree in human services related field.
Licensure Candidate:
Completed master's degree and working toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP). We provide licensure supervision.
Licensed Therapist:
Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP).
EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated ability to work with children and families experiencing mental health issues in a direct care role.
Familiar with a variety of counseling techniques with theories to aid in the care and treatment of individuals with mental health needs such as behavior modifications for children, child development education, communication, decision-making skills, anger management, social skills, leisure, self-esteem and basic home budgeting.
