Tom Lerone has over 25 years financial management experience in high growth technology-based companies from start up phase through initial public offerings. Lerone joined BroadLogic following the sale of DigiCash Incorporated, a provider of secure payment systems for Internet-based commerce, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to DigiCash, Lerone served as Chief Financial Officer for NAVTEQ, the leading software and map database supplier for the vehicle navigation system market, where he implemented a series of private stock and debt placements aggregating over $225 million. Lerone's previous positions include the senior finance roles at computer manufacturers Elxsi and Trilogy Limited, where he was instrumental in securing $220 million in equity financings including an initial public offering, and a series of finance roles at Amdahl Corporation from their start up phase to the $400 million revenue level.

Weimin Zhang is BroadLogic’s CTO responsible both for defining the architecture of BroadLogic’s technology and leading the team implementing it. Zhang has more than 15 years of research and technical management experience in various advanced communications and radio frequency fields. Prior to joining BroadLogic, Zhang was the VLSI Design Manager at Skytune Corporation, where he spearheaded Skytune's development into a technology leader in RF communications chips. His responsibilities there included managing the development of an ATSC demodulator and a COFDM demodulator, QAM demodulation research and integrated circuit tuner development.
