Travel Requirements
* Travels to school district buildings, to vehicle service stations, field trip locations, and other destinations and professional meetings, as required.

Minimum Required Qualifications
* Education: Accredited High School diploma, GED, or Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency preferred.
* Certification/License:
* Clear and valid Texas Driver's License required;
* Clear and valid Texas CDL Class B driver's license with (P) passenger and (S) school bus endorsement or ability to obtain license within 90 days after employment;
* Insurable by the District's insurance carrier required.
* Experience: Must have an acceptable driving record; see Insurability Requirements below.
* Additional Requirements:
* Must be able to pass annual physical.
* Must be able to complete a 20-hour course while in training, and a recurring 8-hour course to maintain the CDL license.

We're seeking a Pick-Up and Delivery Driver with a great driving record. The job is based out of our Dallas location and travels throughout the state.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm (hours vary depending on the route that is driven)
Driving Duties include:
Safely operate a company-supplied conversion van and box truck making pick-ups and delivering it to and from departments
Safely operate a company-supplied delivery vans making pick-ups and deliveries of firefighter PPE (personal protective equipment)
Learn the routes using maps/GPS
Provide excellent customer service
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
