What You'll Do
As a Busser, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized dining area while assisting servers and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Your mission is to anticipate guest needs, support the front-of-house team, and contribute to the high-energy atmosphere that defines THE ONE GROUP.
Key Responsibilities
Promptly greet guests and provide water service upon seating
Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, chairs, and booths
Assist servers in delivering food and beverages, especially during peak times and with large parties
Monitor assigned restroom areas, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed
Communicate with hosts and servers to maintain efficient seating and table turnover
Respond promptly to guest requests and notify servers of any special needs
Handle tableware and dishware with care, transporting items to the dishwashing area
Assist with the overall restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work as needed
Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment

Essential Responsibilities:
Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glassware.
Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes in dining room.
Decorates service bar and supplies it with food, such as soups, salads and desserts.
Replenishes service bar with utensils and dishes.
Serves ice water and butter to patrons.
Cleans and polishes sneeze guard, glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers.
Assists wait staff as deemed necessary by management to service guests in a timely manner.
May run errand and deliver food orders to meeting rooms.
May transfer food and dishes between floors of establishment using dumbwaiter.
Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.
