Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery

Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, ensuring performance, security, and compliance standards.
Technical Leadership

Establish and enforce best practices for transport management, change control, testing, and release.
Integration & Architecture

Continuous Learning & Enablement

Data & Testing
(Preferred) Lead or support data migration strategy and execution (data profiling, cleansing, mapping, conversion, reconciliation; tools such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, LSMW).
Define and execute test strategies (unit, integration, UAT, performance), and ensure traceability from requirements to results.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with business owners, PMs, and SMEs to prioritize requirements, manage risks, and deliver value-focused outcomes.
Provide clear status updates, issue/risks management, and post-go-live hypercare support.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of SAP consulting or technical implementation experience with breadth across at least 2-3 major modules and depth in one or more.
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting in core modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM or SuccessFactors/Ariba/IBP).
Solid understanding of S/4HANA data model changes and simplification lists.

Exposure to ABAP (debugging, enhancements, user exits/BAdIs), Fiori concepts (tiles, catalogs, authorizations), and authorizations/roles.
