This project will be executed in waves. The initial wave will include 20-50 clients, followed by subsequent waves involving 100+ clients each. The goal is to complete the conversion process in 10 waves.RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage the data conversion process for EHR systems, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to client operations. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience with EHR systems; Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
