Day to Day
We are looking for a compassionate and motivating individual to join our Supported Living program as a Relief Caregiver. This position has shifts primarily on the weekend, working Saturday and Sunday with hours between 9 AM to 8 PM. The work itself is flexible! You will be assigned to one individual who is interested in getting around the community through walking or public transportation, or at times it can just be in the home where chores can be the main event. Assist the individual in processing mail, grocery shopping, running errands, building relationships, finding new activities and some personal care/motivation. If you enjoy experiencing something new each day and building relationships with people, then consider the position of Relief Caregiver!

This role offers attendance-driven bonus incentive.
Under the direction of the Contract Staff Manager, facilitate and implement after-school program activities; provide assigned instruction for K-12 students; and provide supervision of after-school program students.
The Regional Instructional Provider position serves as a regional substitute covering multiple school districts within a designated service radius of approximately 20 miles across North Orange County. This position guarantees a 5-day work week within the designated region. The Regional Instructional Provider must be prepared to travel within this region and cover assignments based on daily operational needs.
Although this is a regional substitute role, the position requires availability Monday through Friday to ensure consistent coverage. Regional Instructional Providers are responsible for responding and committing to covering open shifts in a timely manner.
Additionally, employees in this role are eligible to earn an Attendance Incentive Bonus of $1.00 for every hour worked, based on overall attendance and reliability metrics as defined by CSTC's attendance policy.
The assigned hub location for this role is the Santa Ana Home Office.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and deliver instruction to a classroom of students, facilitating participation in hands-on, engaging, and experiential learning activities that promote curiosity, collaboration, and academic growth.
Work with and instruct elementary school students individually and/or in small and large groups while maintaining appropriate program ratios.
Implement effective classroom management, discipline, and instructional strategies.
Set up activities on a daily basis; prepare and duplicate materials and operate instructional equipment.
