WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Requirements:
High school diploma is required.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial real estate, property team, or office management.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new programs and technology.
Advanced oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

What this job involves -
The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee the management and operation of the Florida region properties and personnel in alignment with Client directives and established standards and procedures. This role is instrumental in ensuring optimal property performance and client satisfaction through efficient resource allocation and strategic decision-making. The Florida region properties include leased locations and one owned building. This role is also key in preparing and forecasting budgets for all Florida sites. The Senior Facilities Manager reports to the Regional Facilities Manager.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety while working with the Assistant Facilities Manager and Senior Building Engineer.
Maintain Client satisfaction with delivery of facility services and support Client programs. Develop and maintain a positive Client relationship.
Provides account compliance management and quality control with vendor partners.
Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within regional team to drive overall account team success.
Facilitate work order management for maintenance team including hard and soft services.
Enforce all Company policies and safety training requirements.
Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and company policies.
Support the Client in the implementation and execution of short and long-term projects, including vendor transitions.
Oversee and execute the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual on-site inspections.
Prepare annual budgets for all Florida sites.
Maintain positive relationships with agencies (and tenants at owned building). Hold monthly virtual tenant meetings.
Prepare presentations for approvals to submit to Client with assistance of Assistant Facilities Manager and Senior Building Engineer.
Attend Client meetings, as well as all other meetings assigned.
Manage (encourage career path plan, conduct weekly meetings, approve timecards, etc.) Facilities Team including Assistant Facilities Manager and Senior Building Engineer.
Oversee processes (security, access cards, key logs, parking log), plan and execute building events for owned building.
Create Incident Report should an incident occurs for any Florida site.
Point of contact for Client, Agency Leads, Sourcing, IT, Project Management, other Omnicom or JLL Departments, Hurricane Needs, etc. for all Florida sites for any projects or issues.
Conduct annual interviews with landlords for all Florida sites.
Approve invoices and orders.
Assist LATAM team as needed.
