The Central Florida Family Health Center, Inc. dba True Health is a private, not-for-profit federally qualified health center (FQHC) serving Central Florida since 1977. Our mission is to provide high-quality, comprehensive healthcare at a reasonable cost to everyone.
JOB SUMMARY
The Office Coordinator oversees the administrative duties and operational efficiency of the Center. They are responsible for monitoring the schedule for an efficient workflow through the check-in and checkout process, for managing patient complaints, and for ensuring the office is well organized. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a transparent, effective relationship with the Regional Director of Operations by supporting the organization's activities
Provides a courteous professional working environment
Maintains effective communication with patients, coworkers, partners, and visitors
Ensures efficient patient flow
Registers patients into the electronic medical record (EMR)
Interviews patients for sliding fee scale services and update eligibility
Verifies insurances and set eligibility dates in system
Communicate with patients to bring in missing information prior to their appointment
Collects payment and patient responsible balances
Scans and import demographic and clinical documentation into patient charts
Schedules patient appointments
Monitors appointment schedule to accommodate walk-in patients
Directs patients to the proper department for assistance
Answer multi-line telephone system
Resolves patient complaints and inquiries
Operates office equipment, i.e. fax, copier, computer, credit card, and check machine
Provides copies of patient medical records as requested
Contributes and enhances the positive image of the front office operations
Collaborates with department leadership to help facilitate staff development and overall team building
Collaborates with community partners to facilitate patient care within all locations
Participates in special projects aimed at maximizing the overall departmental efficiency
Attends professional development trainings to maintain and enhance professional skills
Attends internal and external meetings
Conducts office meetings and communicates pertinent information
Coordinates client referrals and interagency activities
Contributes to achievement of company objectives
Travel as necessary using personal vehicle (must maintain current auto insurance at own expense)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university, Preferred or related field with two (2) years of public health/community development experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ex. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in the customer service, Preferred
Bilingual in English, Spanish, or Creole, Preferred

Criminal Background Clearance:
True Health is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n), and
partners with agencies that require criminal background checks. True Health has established policies and procedures that may influence the overall employment process, hiring, and "just cause" for the termination of employees. An employee's career could be shortened ifthere is a violation of any policies and procedures.
Prohibited criminal behavior is defined in Florida Statute (F.S.) 408.809. Any employee arrested for any offense outlined in the F.S.408.809 will be immediately suspended and remain suspended until the charges are disposed of in court. The employee will be terminated for an arrest or conviction of any violation listed above.
DRUG/ALCOHOL SCREENINGS
A post-offer drug and alcohol screen is a requirement for employment. Failure to successfully pass the drug/alcohol screen will be cause for the offer to be rescinded. Employees are subject to random drug/alcohol screenings throughout the duration of their employment with True Health. If an employee fails to pass the drug/alcohol screening, then this shall become grounds for discipline up to and including immediate termination.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee is subject to prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
The employee is subject to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk, and hear.
The employee is occasionally required to use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move or lift up to twenty five (25) pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The employee will work as the needs of the operation require. Normal work days and hours are Monday through Thursday, 8am - 6pm and Fridays, 8am - 12pm; however, there will be times when the employee will need to come in or work on "off hours" or "off days" to meet the needs of the position.

Your Role on the Expedition:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the GGA Travel Assistance department, including the provision of effective, quality-driven assistance services to our customers. Responsible for workforce management, performance management, quality management, and knowledge management within an environment of 30+ employees. Works closely with?the Medical team, Claims teams and other internal and external stakeholders. This role reports to the Director of Customer Service.
Chart Your Course:
Manage the day-to-day operations of Travel Assistance, including the provision of effective, quality-driven assistance services to our customers
Partners closely with Travel Assistance Medical team, working together to establish processes with smooth handovers and focus on customer experience and safety
Partners with the Europ Assistance group's Travel/Medical Assistance team leaders to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process development
Maintain close management of operational tasks to deliver timely service and positive case outcomes
Manage staff; define and assign work; monitor activities; and evaluate the performance of all offerings and/or services provided by Travel Assistance
Execute against established key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve department objectives in regard to quality, productivity, and team performance to ensure that they adhere to expected process and timeline according to company objectives
Provide coaching and guidance to staff and promote staff training and development. Oversee regular coaching sessions to review escalated calls/cases, training opportunities, and individual performance metrics
Monitor individual performance metrics and team performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure that productivity and quality objectives are met
Manage the development, tracking, and reporting of key performance and productivity measurements for the department
Support with the processing of Travel Assistance claims
Build and maintain vendor relationships
Act as an escalation point for sensitive customer and partner issues, including the management, investigation, and resolution of escalated incidents and complaints, escalating to the Director of Customer Service when necessary
Manage regular quality control reviews on active and inactive cases
Generate monthly reporting on call and case management statistics and quality data at senior management meetings and client meetings as required
Identify and address staff training and coaching needs and partners with Ops Development to create training for new TA staff and provides ongoing training for CSD team members when needed
Perform annual performance reviews for Supervisors and Assistance Coordinators
Guide and offer recommendations to the Director, CSD as to changes in personnel, hiring, employee development, quality, performance, productivity, and adherence to company values and objectives
Motivate staff, create a culture of excellence and promote a can-do attitude within the department
Stay informed of relevant processes and procedures by periodical training
Perform other responsibilities and assignments as assigned

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
Prior knowledge and experience in healthcare, travel insurance and multi-lingual Assistance/Call Center environments.
Professional and experienced Medical Network Management skills with deep local and cultural knowledge
Minimum 5 years of prior experience
Prior experience in ISO or other Quality Assurance Management programs is highly desired
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact positively with partners, providers and professional staff. Must represent the organization in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Has strong customer service focus, decision making, planning and organizing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Multilingual with excellent English language skills preferred

Position Coordinates:
This is a hybrid role based out of our Pembroke Pines, FL office. As a hybrid role, you will be working onsite 2-3 days a week and working from home 2-3 days a week.
Time for Take-off:
While there is some flexibility in the hours, this position will be Monday-Friday during regular business hours (approximately 8:00am-5:00pm). Occasional overtime may be required according to business need.

Performs coding, working DRG assignment and enters all review activity into tracking software.
Analyzes and interprets medical records and clinical documentation and formulates appropriate physician queries. Performs follow up on incomplete physician queries to obtain an answer while the patient is still in house. Updates "working DRG" as documentation supports, or physician query answer supports a change in the DRG assignment.
Reviews quality of medical record and communicates when conflicting data are found, the clinical documentation integrity specialist (CDIS) conveys deficiencies to the department lead for more information to resolve the conflict.
Keeps abreast of regulatory changes related to documentation, coding and communicate these changes to appropriate staff. Follows documentation guidelines and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory bodies. Attends ongoing education sessions.
Acts as a liaison between the medical staff and the coding department. Works collaboratively with physicians and coding staff to ensure that clinical information in the medical record is present and accurate so that the appropriate clinical diagnosis and level of severity is captured for the level of service rendered to all patients. Attends scheduled physician and care management meetings as requested and reviews requested cases prior to the meetings.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Your Role on the Expedition:
The Sr AI Digital Operations Specialist oversees the efficiency and development of Generali's digital assets. As the Sr AI Digital Operations Specialist, this incumbent will be responsible for implementing digitization initiatives, overseeing their implementation, and evaluating their effectiveness. The Senior AI Digital Operations Specialist will focus on both enhancing existing digital assets and identifying and deploying new assets with a strong focus on AI. Lead digital initiatives, including identifying and prioritizing projects and overseeing project execution. Develop and implement solutions to digitize services with a focus on Operations.

Job description
We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!

W2, Full-time
Compensation package includes base salary plus bonus!
Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends! Shift options include 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm Eastern
Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision benefits along with liability insurance covered and annual stipend for growth & education opportunities
Additional compensation offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish)!
We not only partner with commercial health plans, but are also a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and see patients across the lifespan
Requirements:
Master's level degree and licensure
Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future. At this time, we are unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses.
Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
Meets background/regulatory requirements
Skills:
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools

Manage a sub-specialty case mix of approximately:
50% Emergency Radiology
20% Neuro Medicine
Must be proficient in performing and interpreting Virtual Colonoscopies.
Ensure timely, accurate reads within high-volume workflows.
Comply with all regulatory requirements related to diagnostic imaging and telehealth delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Board Certification REQUIRED
Active WV Medical License or IMLC REQUIRED
DEA Registration REQUIRED
Demonstrated proficiency in Virtual Colonoscopies
