Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Unload and stock deliveries quickly, safely, and accurately
Organize walk-in, freezer, dry storage, and BOH stock areas
Rotate product using FIFO and keep inventory orderly and accessible
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom environment
Support the BOH team with utility tasks that help the operation stay ahead
Communicate clearly with leaders about shortages, needs, and priorities

Position Overview
The Operations Director is responsible for the actions of the team and the overall reputation of the business. Ensure proper Chick-fil-A training and standards are taught and maintained resulting in 98% or above in Deloitte evaluations and a 1 in Ecosure evaluations
Lead weekly Team Leader meetings to discuss performance metrics, develop leaders, and communicate relevant business needs and information
Keep store in like-new condition through equipment and facilities maintenance
Ensure a balanced profit approach through intentional focus on labor, food cost, and IPO
Maintain 82% or above in key Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) categories
Partner with the Human Resources department to interview and select top talent
Coach and develop Team Members, Team Leaders, and Person-In-Charge (PIC)
Build talent pipelines within the team, recognizing and developing individuals with leadership potential
Provide fair, objective, and constructive performance feedback
