Position Summary: The Front of House (FOH) Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and team development of the entire front-of-house operations at Chick-fil-A Florissant. Strategic Leadership & Vision:
Develop and implement FOH operational strategies and goals in alignment with the restaurant's overall vision and objectives.

Proven track record of successfully leading, developing, and managing large teams (15+ team members).

Demonstrated ability to improve operational metrics (e.g., speed of service, guest satisfaction scores).
