Job Description Orthopedic Surgical Partners with multiple locations is seeking a Per Diem Radiologic Technologist who can also assist with medical assisting duties as needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and experienced in both diagnostic imaging and clinical support. This position requires availability for evening and Saturday shifts. The X-ray tech is responsible for operating radiologic equipment to take clinical diagnostic X-rays as directed by physicians. You will be performing routine diagnostic procedures. Our X-ray technologist establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with colleagues, and physicians. Job Description X-Ray Technologist / Full-Time Schedule: 32-40 hours over 4 days per week Orthopedic Surgical Partners is a growing orthopedic practice with multiple locations across Rocky Hill, Manchester, Avon, and Willimantic. We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist who also has experience as a Medical Assistant, or is willing and able to assist with medical assistant duties as needed. This full-time position offers a consistent 4-day workweek, giving you an extra day off each week, along with an 8-week rotating Saturday shift. Position Summary: The X-Ray Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. You may also assist with medical assistant duties, including rooming patients, taking vitals, and supporting clinical staff when needed. You will play a key role in patient care and experience-bringing professionalism, compassion, and teamwork into every patient encounter.
