The Ohio Christian Education Network (OCEN) Executive Director leads the movement to advance and protect Christian Education in Ohio. With the assistance of the Christian Education Network and the state Leadership Council, the Executive Director will become a leading voice for Christian education in the state.
Reports to: CEN Executive Director
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Compensation: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt
Location: CCV Office in Columbus, Ohio, with Occasional Statewide Travel

Key Responsibilities
Champion Christian education and advocate for every child in Ohio to have access to a Christian school.
Lead a growing network membership among both evangelical and Catholic schools in the state.
Establish and expand membership services that create an attractive value proposition for member schools.
Spearhead education policy development and advocacy that will allow member schools to successfully fulfill their mission and resolve the education crisis in Ohio.
Cultivate relationship with key state lawmakers, executive branch officials, and other organizations and networks that influence education policy.
Oversee OCEN's school planting initiative to assist churches or other organizations with the opening of new Christian schools across the state.
Create a Leadership Council comprised of administrators from member schools to provide input and guidance from members.
Operate within the cooperative agreement with the Christian Education Network.
Drive the growth of OCEN scholarship granting organization.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Skills and Experience
Undergraduate degree required.
10+ years of work in Christian Education.
Strong ability to conduct in-depth research and produce clear, well-structured written content.
Skilled in clear, persuasive oral communication with strong attention to detail and organization.
Demonstrates excellent time management, punctuality, and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Flexible with shifting priorities, proactive in addressing knowledge gaps, and driven by a strong personal commitment to organizational goals.
Embraces technology to improve performance and capable of mastering tools like CRM systems independently.
Character and Spiritual
Mature Christian, currently attending or pursuing attendance in a local church.
Agreement with and adherence to CCV's Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.
Demonstrated commitment to CCV's mission and position on Core Issues.
Ability to work discreetly with confidential information.
Trustworthy, responsible, tactful, diplomatic, and focused on building consensus rather than emphasizing differences.

The Club Director is responsible for program delivery, youth engagement & safety, staff supervision, and community engagement at one location to provide members with a supervised, fun and safe Club experience.
This is a full-time position. Salary Range: $ 46,000 - $ 54,000 based on experience. Includes generous PTO and benefits offerings.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Ensure programs and services prepare youth for success consistent with BGCA commitment to quality
Promote, stimulate and recruit student membership for the Club
Recruit, select and manage program staff
Perform administrative and operational tasks
Cultivate positive and beneficial relationships with local businesspeople, school officials, politicians, parents and other social service agencies and the community at large
Ensure building and property of the Club are safe, clean and in good condition for daily programming
Provide guidance and be a Role Model
Skills & Requirements:
Four-year degree in related field from an accredited college or university required
Five years' work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities based on the development needs of young people
