Summary of Duties: Fuel Tanker Drivers operate a tanker truck and trailer, or a single tanked truck, load fuel/petroleum products, deliver and unload at customer premises. The tanker driver is responsible for the safe and efficient completion of their assigned and essential duties, while providing the company's customers with an excellent service experience, and operating in accordance with the Company policy(ies). Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Safely drives Tankers to locations furnished by the dispatch center, while observing and obeying all company, customer, and governmental company policies and regulations. • Loads refined petroleum products into truck tanks, Delivers product to customer premises in a Semi-truck with one or two trailers in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner over routes provided by dispatch. Unloads the product into customer storage tanks in the prescribe manner, utilizing onboard hoses and pumps, while obeying all customer, company, and regulatory procedures. Works directly with customer in a professional manner. • Completes in an accurate manner all required company and customer paperwork per prescribed procedure. Transmits accordingly when required. Maintain accurate driver logs as required. • Performs daily safety inspection on assigned company vehicles & equipment per company policy, and performs daily miscellaneous inspections including checking of oil level, water, fuel, tires, tank items, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid. Responsible for cleanliness of company vehicle. Report any vehicle issues/problems to Field Supervisor, Operations Manager or Shop Manager. • Working knowledge and experience in the working environment at customer loading racks, including the use of loading arms & card readers, as well as the ability to utilize spill kits, fire extinguishers, • Other Miscellaneous Duties as assigned by the Driver Supervisor or Operations Manager. General Responsibilities: • Perform the job duties and other duties assigned by the Driver Supervisor, Dispatch, and/or Operations Manager in a safe and professional manner. • Follow all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. • Always represent the company, and treat customers, co-workers, and the public at large in a professional and courteous manner. • Show up for designated work shifts on time; and follow work schedule as posted • Communicate any delivery discrepancies to dispatch & driver supervisor immediately. • Accurately report hours worked on a daily basis.

You just got your Class A CDL but no one will hire you. We will. No experienced drivers will be hired for the entry level position. To qualify you have to had graduated from at least 120 hour professional Class A Academy within the last 2 years. We currently we have 12 openings for entry level Class A Regional and OTR drivers. Regional drivers get home weekly and sometimes during their work week. OTR drivers stay out 10-14 days normally. For your first 30 days of training you are paid $650 salary. After training our Entry Level drivers are averaging $1200-$1400 per week and up to begin. Once approved, you will be scheduled for our 1 1/2 day dqp (driver qualification process). Once successfully completed, you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks for OTR training. You will stay out driving for 30 days straight not coming home during that time. This way we can mold you into a safe and successful driver. Upon successful completion you then get moved into your own truck and a huge raise. Running dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.
