The Crew Leader will organize projects and manage an individual crew of employees including technicians and operators. They will understand and be able to fulfill the duties of the previously mentioned positions, as well as have the competency to complete project paperwork to support billing, payroll, and safety data.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience and Education

Job Description:
Transports, performs set-up and operational support for inspections. The Operator will operate, maintain, and repair high-pressure water blasting equipment and industrial vacuuming equipment necessary to perform the safe and proper removal, containment, transportation, and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials within heavy industrial settings. Industrial Cleaning Operators perform the general labor activities of an Industrial Cleaning Technician as well as operate water blasting and industrial vacuum equipment associated with hazardous and non-hazardous waste cleanup. The operator will need to perform the day-to-day check-ups and maintenance keep equipment running smooth and efficiently. The operator must know how to troubleshoot the vacuum equipment and hydro blasting equipment on the job.
Requirements:
Must be committed to and able to perform all assigned duties safely, at all times.
Must meet all physical requirements and able t safely perform all duties of Industrial Cleaning Technician.
Must be thoroughly trained and able to operate industrial vacuum truck, high-pressure industrial water blasters, and other necessary equipment on various projects.
If medically qualified, must obtain Class B Commercial Driver's License.

Provide technical support for the installation, maintenance, and operation of gas-fired turbine and centrifugal compressor assets. Assist in capital projects installation & commissioning.
Provide rotating equipment technical assistance to Operations with root-cause failure analysis and incident investigations.
Provides maintenance support for assigned assets such as, but not limited to, natural gas processing plants, pipelines, compressor stations. Assets typically consist of site, site structures, buildings and industrial equipment which varies by asset's functionality.
Performs preventative and predictive maintenance and repairs on facility-specific equipment.
Conducts condition monitoring with performance assessment software. Review diagnostics to understand current health of equipment.
Assists with equipment re-builds.
Supports asset's air quality monitoring program by maintaining and repairing leaking equipment such as, but not limited to, valves, pumps, and connectors.
Maintains complete, accurate and regulatory-compliant documentation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, etc.) and be in their Junior or Senior year.
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
Ability to perform physical functions per job requirements

Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
Prepare computer generated packing lists, labels, and manifests
Inspect drums for compliance with labeling regulations
Collect, segregate, and properly package waste chemicals for disposal to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance
Execute Jobs at Clean Harbors customer locations including fortune 500 companies
Conducts projects/jobs according to site specific Federal, State, and local regulations and health and safety plans
Sample and profile new waste streams or any waste needing analytical testing
Shadow various roles within the Organization to learn about overall business
Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
Attend Networking events within the Internship Program
Complete a final project presentation
Perform other duties as assigned
