We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Duct Cleaner to join our residential HVAC service team. This role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing residential ductwork, dryer vents, and HVAC components to improve indoor air quality, system performance, and customer comfort. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and customer service driven.
Key Responsibilities
Perform residential air duct and dryer vent cleaning using company-provided equipment
Clean HVAC components including registers, grilles, coils, blowers, and filters
Inspect residential ductwork for leaks, blockages, excessive debris, or mold concerns
Communicate findings and recommended services to homeowners in a professional manner
Maintain accurate service documentation, including before/after photos
Follow all safety protocols related to ladders, confined spaces, and equipment operation
Load, unload, and maintain tools and cleaning supplies
Protect customer property with drop cloths, shoe covers, and proper cleanup
Assist with basic HVAC maintenance tasks when needed
Take pride in cleanliness and delivering high-quality results
Qualifications
Prior duct cleaning or HVAC experience preferred (not required)
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC and IAQ principles
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight spaces
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Our Services:
Residential Cleaning: We clean for several families and some small businesses who need one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings. We offer standard and deeper cleanings, both with specific checklists.
Move-outs Cleans: We also periodically offer move-out cleaning services for homeowners and apartment complexes. These are similar to deep cleans with extra services added to accommodate new tenants.
VRBO/Airbnb Cleans: The cleaning requirements are similar to a hotel turnover; washing/drying and changing out bed linens and towels, wiping down/disinfecting/vacuuming all spaces, and then refilling and restocking supplies, etc. as needed. It is relatively straightforward work, but requires an extremely detailed eye to not miss any spot.

We are hiring for a people-focused Cleaner for our 62 and older, active adult community - Affinity at Arlington. As the Cleaner, you will be responsible for general housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the community.
Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing our residents' way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment.
Build strong rapport with residents of the community.
Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily.
Clean office spaces on a regular schedule that is set by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Using the apartment cleaning checklist, clean vacant apartment homes after each move out.
Clean and organize the pool house. Tasks include straightening of the chairs on the pool deck, cleaning of the pool house public bathrooms (to include showers), and vacuuming and dusting of the amenity spaces attached to the pool house building.
Remove used towels in the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily.
Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies.
Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common area, and empty public trash cans.
Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Comply with all company policies/procedures and Fair Housing laws.

The Position:
We are seeking a people-focused Cleaner for our 55 and older, active adult community - Affinity at Covington. As the Cleaner, you will be responsible for general housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the community.
Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing our residents' way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment.
Build strong rapport with residents of the community.
Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily.
Clean office spaces on a regular schedule that is set by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Using the apartment cleaning checklist, clean vacant apartment homes after each move out.
Clean and organize the pool house. Tasks include straightening of the chairs on the pool deck, cleaning of the pool house public bathrooms (to include showers), and vacuuming and dusting of the amenity spaces attached to the pool house building.
Remove used towels in the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily.
Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies.
Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common area, and empty public trash cans.
Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Comply with all company policies/procedures and Fair Housing laws.

What We Are Seeking:
A customer service focused Cleaner who can effectively work with the site team to carry out the daily housekeeping needs of the community while building rapport with residents.
Must be a team player who takes a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management is strongly preferred.
Computer skills to include email, Microsoft Office Suite, ability to navigate web-based trainings, and other various computer programs.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
Reliable means of transportation.
