Determines the appropriate sequence, methods, and procedures necessary to complete the work. Estimates, secures adequate supplies, tools and equipment to complete work assignments. Completing janitorial and sanitation checklists according to master sanitation plan. Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE One to three years related experience and/or training. This position requires an organized individual that is self motivated and takes charge, is dependable and responsible and deals with criticism calmly and effectively. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner with minimal management.
