You will ensure that each guest gets exactly what they want by politely listening, suggesting items, repeating back their order and being knowledgeable of the menu and the ordering system. This is a key role in the restaurant because you are trained to be efficient in processing orders but need to bring your natural, friendly personality to the forefront to make each guest feel special. Handling credit cards, rewards cards and cash takes focus and precision. Which is why each cashier is trained thoroughly prior to being independent. As a Cook: You will prepare and present our great food according to company specifications. You will be trained in how to use the equipment, resources and tools needed to prepare only the best product for our guests. As a Shift Leader: You will take the first step into a leadership role with Papa Gino's . You will assist the General Manager in the restaurant operation. This will include: Scheduling Team Members.
