Criteria for Clickstop's internal hiring process: Employee has been employed with Clickstop for at least 6 months. Employee is Engaged. Employee is meeting the expectations of their current role. Employee is in good standing as defined by not currently under formal discipline and has not received formal discipline in the prior 90 days. Employee and their current manager have discussed the opportunity prior to applying. What to expect during the internal hiring process: Within three business days of submitting your application, you can expect the following: Your current manager will receive a notification from Greenhouse prompting them to complete a scorecard evaluating your engagement and performance in your current role. Your current manager and the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will meet to discuss the details of the scorecard, and it will be determined if we will proceed with your application. If we choose to proceed, you will receive an email from the TAS notifying you that we will be proceeding with your application and it will include a scheduling link to set up time with the open role's hiring manager If we choose not to proceed, you will meet with your manager to discuss why we will not be proceeding with your application at this time. To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members begin their training in Small Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We have a wide range of products tied to our US Cargo Control, Fasteners Plus, and Ecofoil brands. All team members must adhere to the safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times. Curious - You look for alternative solutions by asking, Why? What if? How? Physical Requirements: Must be able to repeatedly lift 50lbs. This position requires constant movement and use of limbs. Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting movements. Primary areas of focus within our Warehouse: Small Pack Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists Audit orders for accuracy. Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping. Fulfill the order in the ERP. Receiving & Inventory Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization. Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship. Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO. Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory. LTL Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL. Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment. Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution. As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.
