To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members begin their training in Small Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We have a wide range of products tied to our US Cargo Control, Fasteners Plus, and Ecofoil brands.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to repeatedly lift 50lbs. This position requires constant movement and use of limbs. Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting movements.
Primary areas of focus within our Warehouse:
Small Pack
Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists
Audit orders for accuracy.
Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping.
Fulfill the order in the ERP.
Receiving & Inventory
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.
Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO.
Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.
LTL
Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.
Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment.
Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution.
As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.
Equipment
Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.

Time Spent: Part time Graphic Design / Part Time Production
The position requires an individual with a strong understanding of graphic design skills for various applications and willingness to learn and effectively operate production equipment. Our team members create and operate multiple aspects of the decoration apparel & gear business.

Create t-shirt graphics for customers and prepare the designs for print.
Create custom products in the production studio, troubleshoot and problem solve to ensure efficiency

Operate the automated screen print press, direct to garment printer, sublimation printer, latex printer, vinyl cutter per job specifications.

Qualifications -
Strong knowledge of screen printing, including experience in designing t-shirt graphics and color separation is a definite plus.
