Provide training and support to users on the proper use of flow cytometry equipment. Troubleshoot and maintain complex flow cytometry, hematology and coagulation instruments, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed. Develop and implement procedures to improve workflow and efficiency in the lab. Maintain accurate records of instrument usage, inventory, and user schedules.
