Role Overview:
As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will provide on-going and/or acute clinical assessment, diagnosis, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and limited case management services for adult clients with intellectual and developmental disorders (IDD), mild to severe mental health symptoms, substance use disorder symptoms, and/or other disabilities. Therapists will develop, document, and monitor treatment plans, monitor and document treatment services, interactions, and progress. Ensure that documentation and maintenance of client chart meet agency, state, federal, etc. audit standards. Collaborate with internal (i.e. medical, psychiatric, clinical, case management, peers, etc.) and external (i.e. referral agencies, family, friends, etc.) treatment team members and/or supports around a client's treatment plan goals, treatment, and treatment progress. Coordinate with collaterals and/or partner agencies during and after a client's treatment to ensure sustainable support and step-down services are in place.
Essential Duties:
In-person direct client care includes care coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments, individual and group therapy, brief therapy, case management, and related clinical services.
Serves as a clinical resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers and collaterals.
Develop and monitor service plans, monitor treatment progress, document interactions, and maintain clinical records and other reporting data for clients with mild to severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
Knowledge of professional policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other staff in providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including collaborating with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors.
Performs behavioral health screenings and assessments within the medical clinic setting, to include review of treatment options and referral information.
Provides on-going care coordination within SummitStone, community agencies and resources.
Provides crisis intervention to include crisis assessment and de-escalation.
Provides onsite collaboration with medical providers to provide behavioral health assessments for those clients identified with behavioral health needs.
Develop and monitor service plans, treatment progress, and maintain timely clinical documentation and other reporting data.
Supports and fosters team values with peers and clinic staff, to provide support and remove barriers.
Maintains superior customer service for internal and external customers by providing information and answering questions/requests in timely matter.
Have a strong understanding of how to adapt service delivery to meet the client's needs and how to engage collaterals and caregivers.
May participate on committees (both internal and external), in meetings, and work on projects as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field and/or license in Human Services field from accredited College or University.
• Registered with DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to be providing therapy.
• At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field.
• At least one year of experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders.
Preferred:
• Mental Health License of LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC) preferred.
• Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred.
• At least one year of experience with IDD.
Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver's license.

The CSU Pool Therapist's purpose is to provide individual, family, and group therapy to children/youth who are admitted to the Crisis Stabilization Unit. This includes conducting initial assessments, directing clinical services, and assisting with case management and disposition planning for children/youth.
The CSU's mission is to use an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, residential counselors, medical staff and admissions staff to provide brief, 3-5 day, crisis stabilization treatment for children and youth with behavioral health issues, including depression, suicidal thoughts, other trauma reactions, and family issues. Our team coordinates treatment and provides tools and safety planning for children/youth and families so that they can safely return to their homes and the community. We are committed to serving Colorado's children/youth while maintaining a non-judgmental and inclusive approach.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Meets with all assigned children/youth, conduct clinical interviews and set up initial staffing in order to develop treatment plans for each individual.
Maintains caseload as assigned by Manager or Program Coordinator by overseeing the implementation and review of all treatment services provided to each child/youth on caseload.
Primary coordinator for discharge planning and transition of care to community resources for each child/youth on caseload
Conducts individual, family, and group therapy. Co-facilitate multi-family group with other Therapists. Will maximize medically authorized services with clients and their families in accordance with the treatment plan.
Works with Case Managers in coordination with the referring agency and/or funding source, community contacts, family, legal system, and other professionals involved in the child/youth's treatment.

Follows all Jefferson Center policies and procedures in order to maintain the highest standards and provide the best level of care to children/youth.
Operates within scope of his/her respective license and complies with all regulations regarding his/her respective license.
Complies with managed care standards regarding regular utilization review of all assigned cases in order to meet all licensing requirements for residential treatment of adolescent populations.

Colorado Legal Services (CLS) is a statewide nonprofit legal aid program, with thirteen offices providing civil legal assistance to low-income Coloradans throughout the state. The Farm Worker Rights Division (FWRD) of Colorado Legal Services represents farm workers in federal and state courts, and administrative agencies on a variety of civil legal claims. The FWRD's work focuses primarily on wage theft, human trafficking, immigration, sexual harassment, working conditions and civil rights. The FWRD also runs a comprehensive community education program that involves outreach to workers at labor camps and to community-based groups. The FWRD's client community is comprised primarily of Latino migrant and seasonal farm workers.
The FWRD currently has four summer internship positions for students who share a passion for advocating for the rights of low-wage farm workers. The interns will be based in the regions with the largest population of migrant and seasonal farm workers to conduct outreach to farm workers at labor camps and other locations. The interns will work with clients and potential clients on a variety of legal issues and will travel throughout the rural areas of their respective regions to visit farm workers and conduct outreach at labor camps, collaborate with key partners in the region, and ensure workers have information about their rights and the services that the FWRD provides. When not out in the field, the interns will have the opportunity to utilize their legal research and writing skills to support the attorneys with ongoing federal litigation involving claims arising under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, the Federal Labor Standards Act, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, Colorado wage laws and more.
Location One intern will be placed in each of the following regions of Colorado:
Northeastern (NE) Region - the NE intern will work primarily out of the CLS Greeley office with travel to Brighton-Greeley-Fort Morgan-Yuma areas to conduct outreach.
Arkansas Valley (AV) Region - the AV intern will work out of the CLS La Junta Office or CLS Pueblo Office and will conduct outreach in Pueblo-La Junta - Lamar and surrounding areas.
San Luis Valley (SLV) Region - the SLV intern will work out of the CLS Alamosa office and will conduct outreach in Alamosa-Center-Monte Vista and surrounding areas.
Western Slope (WS) Region - the WS intern will work out of the CLS Grand Junction office and will conduct outreach in Palisade-Delta-Olathe and surrounding areas.
Qualifications Students who have a minimum of ten weeks to commit are encouraged to apply. Students must have dedication and sensitivity to serving the legal needs of low-wage individuals, including farm workers. Students must have a valid driver's license, a reliable car and be willing to work at night and travel within Colorado. Spanish speaking is required (approximately 60% of interns' time is spent conversing in Spanish).
Compensation Interns will receive a stipend of $700/week for ten weeks. All travel and mileage expenses will be reimbursed.

Role Overview:
As a Behavioral Health Therapist on the Mobile Crisis team, you will serve as an integral member of the service delivery team, providing comprehensive support to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
