Douglas Clayton Durdle (born 1 September 1972) is an English professional wrestler, who is better known by his ring name Doug Williams.

Linda Bain is Chief Financial Officer of Codiak Biosciences, Inc. Previously, Ms. Bain served as Chief Financial Officer of Avalanche Biotechnologies, where she led a successful initial public offering (IPO) and follow-on financing. Additionally, she served as Vice President of Finance, Business Operations, and Treasurer at bluebird bio, where she led a successful IPO and Series D financing.

Prior to bluebird bio, Ms. Bain held senior roles at Genzyme Corporation and was Vice President of Finance, Global Manufacturing and Operations, and Vice President of Finance, Genzyme Genetics. Earlier in her career she held senior roles at Fidelity Investments, AstraZeneca, and Deloitte & Touche.

Ms. Bain also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Autolus Therapeutics. Ms. Bain is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration and an Honors degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of the Free State, Bloemfontein, South Africa.

Yalonda Howze is an Exec VP/Chief Legal Officer at Codiak BioSciences Inc and Member at Mintz Levin. She has worked as President/Equity Partner at Mintz Levin. Yalonda studied at University of Michigan, University of Virginia School of Law, and Harvard University.
